Kyle Miller has over 22 years of construction management experience overseeing multiple complex and cross-functional projects and programs located within and outside of the continental United States in both the heavy civil construction and munition response industries. While holding positions as project manager, sr. project manager, and program manager, he has provided executive leadership on projects ranging between $4.0M to $30.0M, as well as programs exceeding $150.0M. These projects included effectively managing both design-bid-build and bid-build contracts for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Department of the U.S. Air Force, and General Security Administration along with multiple State and Private sector clients. Kyle enjoys all aspects of the construction industry, specializing in strategic planning, contracting, bid proposals, estimating, risk assessment, resource management, budgeting, cost projections, purchasing, subcontracts, procurement, along with scheduling and technical evaluations.
