Chris Snow joined BCC in 2022 as the Asset Manager. He is a veteran of the United States Army. Over the past 20 years, Chris worked at a Caterpillar dealership and performed many different roles. Chris is a master tech and served as supervisor, service manager, and product support representative. He worked with customers to build relationships that focused on winning immediate service needs, as well as solving problems. He created and promoted a safe working environment for his employees. He worked with the leadership team on creating an operating budget and cost control to meet financial objectives. Chris has been a part of several leadership and safety programs throughout his career. He has experience stepping into roles and quickly making positive changes to drive company success. He is focused on using training, monitoring, and moral-building techniques to maximize employee engagement and performance.
